Shipping policy
Orders will be dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Friday. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on the carrier official website.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched on the next business day from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Collecting packages
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so your parcel can then be tracked on the carrier website. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.
Delivery time
We will do our best to deliver your order within a maximum period of up to 4 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. However, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this.

Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
· Product is defective
· Product must be in original packaging
· Product must be unused
· Product must not be damaged
· Product must not present any trace of make-up or any other stain
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Return items
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
